LT-780 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone with self emulsifying. It’s mainly used in finishing for polyester, cotton & its blends, will impart excellent smoothness and good stability

Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-780(30% emulsion)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-780 first, and then add 1.5%~2.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
