Dosage and PH value: diluting resin with water----Before adding water, the PH value is about 4.0. Based on resin: water = 1:6 to 1:4, and the solid content measured by sugar meter is 5~7 degrees, the PH value changes into 4.0-4.5 after diluting. Checking the PH value with test paper to find the best balance point between resin efficiency and tensile force.

Notice:

1. No need to add catalyst and hardener.
2. The resin dilution process needs to be stirred evenly.
3. The oven temperature should be stable and the clothes should be evenly heated.
4. The temperature, time and dosage should be matched reasonably with the cloth. Otherwise, the effect will be not enough if the amount is insufficient, and the tearing force will be obviously reduced if the amount is excessive.

Recommended usage:

Dosage: 15~20% (resin: water = 1:6 to 1:4)

Temperature: 125-140°C     Time: 20~30 minutes

☆ Normally, the PH value of the newly diluted liquid is between 4.0-4.5, after continuously recycled, the PH value will rise. For the clothes that have not been desized, the alkalinity is strong, it is necessary to pay attention to the PH value change of the liquid. If the PH value rises to above 7.0, it will obviously affect its usage. You can add a little citric acid to adjust the PH value, but make sure that the pH value cannot be adjusted too low. If the PH value is below 4.5, the resin will react too fast, which will affect the tension of the pants.

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
