Soft & smooth high-concentration hydrophilic copolymer silicone LT-903
LT-903 is a new type of multicomponent block polysiloxane, which has a new stereochemical structure. It is mainly used for finishing natural fiber, synthetic fiber and their blended fabrics, giving the fabrics super smooth, soft, fluffy and chunky hand feel.

Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-903(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: Firstly, add LT-903 silicon. Secondly, add 1/3 of the total amount of diluted water(slowly add in batches), stirring evenly. Thirdly, add the remaining 2/3 water and stir evenly till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
