Formaldehyde-free fixing agent LT-361
The formaldehyde free fixing agent LT-361 belongs to the cationic polymer of polyamine, which can form a water-fast macromolecular compound with dyestuff, thus to improve the color fastness to washing and rubbing resistance. It is suitable for dyeing or printing with reactive and direct dyes such as cotton, linen, viscose, etc.

Product Features & Fields of Application
☆ With excellent fixing ability, can significantly improve color fastness to soaping and washing.
☆ No influence on the brilliance and color of dyed materials
☆ No influence on the handfeel of dyed materials
☆ Wide adaptability to PH value of dyeing liquor and high resistance to hard water, acid, alkali and high temperature. It can be applied after mercerization.
Application
The fixing agent should be used with soft water to dilute based on 1:3 ratio to low concentration emulsion. It is widely used in dyeing or printing fixation of direct and reactive dyestuff.
☆ Padding: 15~40g/L;
☆ Dipping: 1.5~3.5% (o.w.f)
Remarks: Dosage of fixing agent will depend on how deepness of color (dark color / higher dosage, light color / lower dosage)
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Twelve months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
